Why does my cat urinate outside of the litter box?

Why does my cat vomit so much?

Cats can become seriously ill if food changes are forced upon them and they go on a food strike for even a couple of days.
Do I have to get a rabies shot for my cat?
Nevada law requires cats to be regularly vaccinated against the Rabies virus. Nevada is not a Rabies-free area and Rabies is commonly found in bats in Las Vegas! To prevent the spread of Rabies and to protect your cat specifically, Rabies vaccines are required, unless your cat's health prevents him or her from getting the vaccine. Other advised vaccines protect against Feline Herpes Virus, Feline Calici Virus and the Panleukopenia virus. These core vaccinations provide potentially lifesaving protection, so schedule these shots when your kitten is eight weeks old. It is also important to schedule booster shots to prevent the protection from fading.
Do you have suggestions for getting my cat into her carrier?
Keep the carrier in the house and make it a part of your cats everyday life. Try putting her favorite toys or treats in the carrier. We generally ask owners to schedule an appointment so we can serve all of our patients in a calm, well-organized atmosphere. While emergencies obviously do not require an appointment, we do ask that you call us to let us know that you are on your way.
