4. We require a deposit for new clients to schedule their first appointment. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied toward the cost of services. If you cannot make your appointment, you must call the front desk (702-257-3222) and talk with the receptionist or leave a voicemail at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Social media contact to cancel will not be accepted. If the appointment is missed without at least 24-hour’s notice, the deposit will be considered a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
5. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. All About Cats Veterinary Hospital understands this and is able to make some special payment arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments. One of the payment plans is a No-Interest 6 Month plan!
