Jennifer
I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio where I graduated in 2001 from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. In need of a change of pace, I started my career in veterinary as a veterinary technician at a large emergency and referral hospital in 2005. In 2008, I graduated with an Associates of Applied Arts degree in Veterinary Technology and became licensed as a Veterinary Technician.
I enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of not only our patients, but also their owners.
'Nora' is our “special needs” girl. She was unable to use her back legs or urinate on her own when she was found at about 8 weeks old. At 11 years old, she still needs her bladder expressed several times a day, but tears around the house like any other “normal” cat, dragging her favorite toy (a plush manatee) with her.
'Izzie' had her front leg amputation at 10 weeks old due to a probable fan belt injury. She has never let being a tripod slow her down though.
'Leela' is our “old lady” who, at almost 15 years old, runs around like a 5 month old kitten.
