Dr. Klaassen Joins All About Cats Veterinary Hospital!
All About Cats Veterinary Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Laura Klaassen to the team of caring professionals at the Las Vegas veterinary clinic. All About Cats is the Las Vegas veterinary hospital that specializes in the care of felines. This is a purr-fect match for Dr. Klaassen as she comes from a family of “cat people”, with each of her family members owning from one to four cats.
Dr. Klaassen Returns Home to a Las Vegas Veterinary Hospital
While she was born and raised here in Las Vegas, she went on an adventure to the Pacific Northwest, attending college at Oregon State University. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in zoology, she moved to Colorado where she graduated in 2016 from the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
She had previously spent a summer working at All About Cats Veterinary Hospital and loved the experience. The move back home gives her the opportunity to focus her career on what she calls “this amazing species” along with their owners.
Dr, Klaassen is currently the owner of “Patches” who was found abandoned by her mother with the rest of the litter. Patches has also made the trip from Oregon to Colorado, and now to Las Vegas.
